From an early age, Alex Saville has worked and served alongside some of the World’s top DJ’s at premier dance music company, Uptown Records. There he has constant interaction with major labels and receives the latest tracks and unreleased remixes ahead of release schedule.
Associates include the infamous soul-pioneer Norman Jay MBE, Danny Rampling, X-Press 2, Jay Hannan (Lazy Dog fame), Masters At Work, Kings Of Tomorrow, Trevor Nelson, Craig David, Simon Marlin (Shapeshifters) and Studio 54 original DJ, Kenny Carpenter. With access to a large back catalogue, Alex’s record box also contains some of the rarest of classic tracks as recommended by some of the most influential djs on the club circuit.
His music is a mix of funky, electro house music inspired by disco and 80’s electro including remixes of classic tracks.
