A professional dancer turned DJ, Miss Peta has developed a unique ability to penetrate into the minds of those on the dancefloor, and to deliver sounds that encourage everyone in the room to shake their booties. |

DJ PROFILE |
Miss Peta grew up in family of musicians and began playing the piano at 5 years old. At the age of 12, she had picked up the flute and other woodwind instruments (sax, clarinet, oboe). As a youngster, Miss Peta spent most of her spare time attending dance classes, and music lessons. Then at High school, Miss Peta was involved in school orchestras, music ensembles, bands, and musical theatre productions. Miss Peta also did some busking in those early days to earn pocket money. Since the very beginning, dancing and music were Miss Peta's first two passions in life.
In 1997, Miss Peta began building her career in music - selling (and later buying) Dance music and DJ equipment for a well-known retail music chain. Working in a DJ Record store gave her a 'hands-on' opportunity to teach herself how to beat-mix records.
